Wing Fest 2024 Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of the promoter or Transport for London, London Legacy Development Corporation, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority or any of their subsidiaries advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion. If you are using your work computer you may need to obtain your employer’s permission prior to entering. The winners will need to be able to provide proof of identity and age with picture. 
  2. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw. To enter without purchase, participants must complete the online entry form and click the ‘sign up’ icon to indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the prize draw. 
  3. There is no limit to the number of entries which may be made. 
  4. The prize draw begins on Wednesday 3rd July 2024 and runs until Sunday 21st July 2024. Entries must be received no later than 21st July 2024 at 23:59. 
  5. The prizes for the prize draw are: One set of four tickets to one of the Wing Fest dates taking place on either Friday 26th, Saturday 27th or Sunday 28th July 2024.
  6. There will be one winner for this competition.
  7. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 15th July 2024.  
  8. The winner will be chosen and contacted via email. If winner hasn’t responded within 48hrs, we will pick another winner.
  9. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities. 
  10. The Promoter of the prize draw is London Legacy Development Corporation of London Legacy Development Corporation, 5 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN. 
  11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes. 
  13. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. London Legacy Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 
  15. Privacy statement – London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) will use your personal information for the purposes of administering this competition, informing you if you have won and if so, issuing your prize. Your personal information will be properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
