Dig out the fluorescent clothing and grab everything and anything that glows or flashes because fancy dress is strongly encouraged! You decide your own speed, whether you're an experienced runner or you just want to stroll round with the family, this event is for you. Help raise money for charity in this fun run where the fun is the emphasis. Plus take in views of the Park as you run by all the amazing London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic venues.
