Join BADU for their annual Black History Month celebration PROUD2BE! The main theme of this year's events is Health and Heritage and aims to highlight health issues that largely impact Black people and cultural practices Black ancestors have used as a form of healing. The main focus will be on Sickle Cell, Diabetes, Mental Health Problems and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

The main event takes place at Plexal on Friday 25 October from 5.30-9.30pm for an evening of panel expressions, entertainment, health workshops, wellbeing pods and overall good vibes.
Plus don't miss out on a very special Family Sports Day on 19 October, partnering with Sickle Cell Society to raise awareness whilst playing a wide range of sports and games.
