Win a Weekend on the Park Competition T&Cs

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of the promoter or Transport for London, London Legacy Development Corporation, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority or any of their subsidiaries advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion. If you are using your work computer you may need to obtain your employer’s permission prior to entering. The winners will need to be able to provide proof of identity and age with picture. 

2. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw. To enter without purchase, participants must like the indicated social media post, comment as indicated and follow Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, The Stratford International Hotel, ABBA Voyage and the Hyatt London Stratford Hotel official social media accounts on Instagram. Any entry made in any other format or which is incomplete illegible, defaced or a copy of an official form will be rejected. Complete the on-line entry form and click the ‘sign up’ icon to indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the prize draw. 

3. There is no limit to the number of entries which may be made. 

4. The prize draw begins on Monday 2nd October 2023 and runs until Monday 30th October 2023. Entries must be received no later than 30th October 2023 at 10:00am. 

6. The prize for the prize draw is:

• 2x tickets to see ABBA Voyage on a date of winners choosing. Tickets can be either dancefloor or seated.
• 2x Oceanbird Lounge tickets
• A three-course meal for two people.
• Drinks are not included unless stated otherwise.
• The complimentary food and beverage can only be used with new bookings and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with an existing booking at The Stratford.
• General online availability and hotel availability for claiming complimentary room night(s) may differ; the availability of the latter will prevail.
• All reservation requests must be made prior via our reservations team reservations@thestratford.com
• The complimentary room night(s) are valid for 1 month from the date of the event.
• Complimentary room night(s) are non-flexible and once confirmed by The Stratford, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you might forfeit the prize.
• No monetary value can be given in exchange for a complimentary food and beverage.
• The complimentary dinner(s) cannot be transferred.
• The maximum amount to be spend is £150 total. Any extra will be paid by the guest
• The Stratford hotel has the right to update these terms and conditions. Complimentary dinner will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued.
• 1-night stay for two people in a 'Hyatt Regency Stratford, King Bed, Olympic Park View Deluxe' room.
• Prize is redeemable for one (1) night stay at Hyatt Regency Stratford for two (2) guests.
• Room category is subject to availability. Black out periods apply.
• Prize is non transferable, and can not be redeemed for cash.
• Booking includes breakfast for two (2) at Elondi Restaurant.
• A credit card will be required upon check in. Any incidentals outside of the confirmed prize, incurred during the stay will be at the expense of the winner.
• This competition is not associated or affiliated with Instagram.

7. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 31st October 2023.  
8. The winner will be chosen and contacted via direct message on Instagram 31st November. If winner hasn’t responded within 24hrs we will pick another winner.
9. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities. 

10. The Promoter of the prize draw is London Legacy Development Corporation of London Legacy Development Corporation, 5 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN. 

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 

12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes. 

13. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. London Legacy Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. 

14. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
