The viewing platform at the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the UK’s tallest sculpture, is opening its doors once again on Saturday 2 November to offer spectacular views as people across London celebrate Bonfire Night with fireworks displays.

The ArcelorMittal Orbit’s viewing platform offers unique 360 degree views of the capital’s skyline and is a prime spot for viewing the displays while being sheltered from the rain and cold.

There will be a number of famous displays taking place on the evening which can be seen from the platform, including Newham Council’s own display at Silvertown Docks. Views from the ArcelorMittal Orbit extend up to 20 miles in all directions, ensuring that displays right across the capital will be visible from the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

All tickets include a complimentary drink, with choices ranging from cocktails to soft drinks, and a cash bar will be available to guests all evening. The Slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit will also be open on the evening for just £5 extra, allowing guests to take in views of the fireworks whilst whizzing through the 12 twists and turns of the world’s longest tunnel slide. Guests are not permitted to slide after consuming alcohol.

Peter Tudor, Director of Visitor Services, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, said: “The ArcelorMittal Orbit has fantastic views over London year-round, but they promise to be extra special when lit up by thousands of fireworks on Bonfire Night. Why not make this year’s celebrations an evening to remember?”

Opening Times for Saturday 2nd November 2019 - 10am to 6pm.  The attraction will then re-open for Fireworks Night ticket holders from 7pm to 10pm, with last entry at 9:30pm.
