Fixed Estate Charge Prize Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of the promoter or Transport for London, London Legacy Development Corporation, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority or any of their subsidiaries advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion. If you are using your work computer, you may need to obtain your employer’s permission prior to entering. The winners will need to be able to provide proof of identity and age with picture.
2. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw. The entrant must be subscribed to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park newsletter and be a resident of East Wick and Sweetwater or Chobham Manor.
3. The prize draw dates will be published in the newsletter for each event.
4. The specific prize or offers will be as published in the newsletter. You cannot win a prize twice in a six month period.
5. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
6. Winners will be notified by email and announced in the subsequent newsletter.
7. Prizes will be sent to winners by the email address they have used to sign up with in advance of the event .
8. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes.
12. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. London Legacy Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
