2022 was a special year for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as people came together to celebrate ten years since the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, but 2023 looks set to be even bigger.

The Park will continue to grow as a hub for culture, sport and entertainment, as the East Bank development opens, starting with Sadler’s Wells late next year.

If you haven’t seen ABBA Voyage yet, don’t miss out! The revolutionary concert that features Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid performing digitally with a live 10-piece band has to be seen to be believed.

London Stadium will once again host incredible live music, including concerts from The Weeknd and Burna Boy. World-class sport continues, with two Major League Baseball games as the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Chicago Cubs.

World class athletics returns to the London Stadium as part of the London Diamond League in July; UK Athletics will host a festival of athletics for the local community, schools and clubs with a series of events from 20 to 23 July.

And of course, the Park is open every day and free to enter, with 560 acres of parklands which are waiting to be explored. Wander at your own pace, follow a trail taking in some of the most inspirational sights, or take part in a guided tour by our very own Park Champions or a Blue Badge NLA tour – the choice is yours!

Feeling artistic? The Park is packed with loads of amazing art which you can explore with the Art in the Park trail. Inspired by local history, landscape and ground-breaking events; there is a wealth of interesting artworks to discover. Or why not take the Groundbreakers tour, which explores how the site of the Park used to be. Download a free map which includes information and photographs about 32 historic sites and topics, a guidebook and an Augmented Reality trail accessed using QR codes displayed at nine key locations.

The Park is honoured to host the London Blossom Garden – a living memorial to commemorate the city's shared experience of the Coronavirus pandemic. Local communities have helped shape the design of the garden and it has been created for everyone to find solace in and enjoy. Planted in the north of the Park, the garden has 33 blossom trees, each representing a London borough, including the City of London.

Feeling peckish? Check out the restaurants at Canalside at Here East, which has an array of cuisines, or warm up with fondue and cocktails in the beautiful settings of Haugen.

Hackney Bridge is an exciting canalside destination close to Hackney Wick featuring workspace, public facilities, events, markets, restaurants and bars. It is also the new site of the Park’s Mobile Garden, which aims to create a welcoming, beautiful and movable public garden, and provide food growing, socialising, events and training opportunities for the whole community.

Feel on top of the world by heading up to the ArcelorMittal Orbit’s highest viewing gallery, 80m above London, for spectacular panoramic views of the City’s skyline from the UK’s tallest sculpture. If you’re seeking a more leisurely pace, take in the Park’s iconic venues on a boat tour or grab a bite to eat at The Last Drop, where you can soak up the sun on the terrace and take in the great views.
