Projects

Whole Food Peanut Butter 

Brand: Whole Food Peanut Butter 

Client: Pangolin PR 

Objective: Whole Earth utilised its position as the official peanut butter partner to Team GB in the run up to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with an aim to put Whole Food Peanut Butter on the podium as a great start to the day.  

The campaign ‘Goodness Behind the Greatness’, highlights the link between exercise and a healthy nutritious breakfast. 

Locations:

  • Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
  • Timber Lodge Cafe,
  • Routes around the North Park, taking in views of the Velodrome, Wetlands, the River Lea, Agitos and the Olympic Rings.  

Duration: 2 hours.  

Outcome:  In a 50-strong cyclist event on 19 June 2024 Whole Earth fuelled Team GB icons and brand ambassadors, Dame Laura and Sir Jason Kenny, alongside participants on a guided cycle around the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, culminating in a nutritious breakfast. The perfect start to the day.

Innocent Drinks

Brand: Innocent Drinks

Objective: Greg Rutherford, former Olympic long jumper and Team GB athlete, partnered with Innocent Drinks to launch a campaign to get kids to eat more fruit and veg after it emerged just 23% are getting their five-a-day.  

Location: Carrousel Rooms on Tessa Jowell Boulevard. 

Duration: 2 Day 

Outcome: The event was a free pop-up that encouraged families to make smoothies using fruit and vegetables and sports-themed machines which included a cycling blender, a rowing machine that turned into a banana boat, and a basketball hoop that made orange juice. Rutherford led a daily workout and other challenges included juice juggling and picnic-tionary. 

 

Gillette Venus

Brand: Gillette Venus

Client: Hill and Knowlton PR 

Objective: In a powerful display of unity, Team GB Athletes Emily Campbell and Becky Downie have joined forces with England and Arsenal defender and long-standing Venus ambassador, Lotte Wubben-Moy, to confront the barriers preventing women and girls participating in sport 

Partnering with Venus as the sun sets on the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, the trio unveiled a thought-provoking art exhibit at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park,  sending a clear message that sport should be accessible to all and the legacy from sporting tournaments – which all three athletes have first-hand experience of – should be felt by all women and girls

Duration: 1 day

Outcome:  On 11th September 2024, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park became a hub of empowerment as Move Your Skin: Re-write The Rules opened its doors to the media and public. Venus ambassadors Lotte Wubben-Moy, Becky Downie, and Emily Campbell were on hand to lead training sessions and meet-and-greets, offering visitors a chance to connect with these inspiring athletes and receive personal mentorship. A panel discussion between the Venus ambassadors, one of the founders of Football Beyond Borders, moderated by broadcaster, host and writer, Flo Lloyd-Hughes, reflecting on the campaign focusing on the barriers in sport, skin consciousness and the legacy of tournaments

Key information

  • Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park adheres to the Transport for London Advertising and Sponsorship Policy and any food & beverage requests are subject to approval by Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
  • Alcohol giveaways are not permitted at any Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park brand activation locations.​

  • Charities and charitable activity are permitted but this does not extend to cash collections.​

  • Data collection and on-site marketing data collection are not permitted at any Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park brand activation locations.  ​

  • Flyering is not permitted on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

  • The sites are a dry–hire, with the organiser responsible for delivering all requirements including security, crowd management, etc. ​

  • Filming and photography is permitted and should be referenced on your Event Plan.  The hire agreement will include a requirement to share with Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and we may also arrange for photography for own marketing campaigns. ​

  • Final documentation needs to be received in line with the schedule in the hire agreement. This includes site specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and the appropriate levels of insurance. 

  • All use of utilities come at an additional charge.

  • Brand Activation spaces are subject to hire terms and conditions.
