Win the Ultimate Staycation at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of the promoter or Transport for London, London Legacy Development Corporation, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority or any of their subsidiaries advisers, agents and/or anyone connected with the organisation of this promotion. If you are using your work computer you may need to obtain your employer’s permission prior to entering. The winners will need to be able to provide proof of identity and age with picture. 
2. No purchase is necessary for participation in this prize draw. To enter without purchase, participants must follow all the instructions indicated in the social media post. Any entry made in any other format or which is incomplete illegible, defaced or a copy of an official form will be rejected. Participation as instructed indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall not be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may delay or restrict entry into the prize draw. 
3. There is no limit to the number of entries which may be made. 
4. The prize draw begins on Monday 14 October 2024 and runs until Sunday 27 October 2024. 
5. The prize for the prize draw is: Two tickets to the ABBA Voyage Concert plus access to their Oceanbird Lounge, A meal for two at Riverside East valued up to £100 and a one night stay for two at The Gantry Hotel with breakfast included. Tickets to the ABBA Voyage Concert and access to the Oceanbird Lounge is subject to availability and may not be resold. The winner acknowledges that entry terms to the ABBA Voyage Concert and access to the Oceanbird Lounge shall apply to the winner and shall be provided to the winner at the time of the prize draw. The offer of the ABBA Voyage Concert and access to the Oceanbird Lounge is not available to employees of Aniara Ltd nor its onsite delivery partners.
6. Blackout dates apply for the stay The Gantry Hotel, the ABBA Voyage Concert and the Oceanbird Lounge.
7. This competition is not associated or affiliated with Meta or TikTok.
8. The winner(s) will be contacted via direct message by Tuesday 29 October 2024. If the winner(s) hasn’t responded within 72hrs we will pick another winner.
9. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities. 
10. The Promoter of the prize draw is London Legacy Development Corporation of London Legacy Development Corporation, 5 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN. 
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes. 
13. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. London Legacy Development Corporation reserves the right to refuse to award prizes to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. 
14. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
