The examination hearing sessions into the soundness of the Local took place between Tuesday 3 March and Thursday 12 March 2015 at the Legacy Corporation’s offices.
Following these hearing sessions the Legacy Corporation has proposed a number of main and minor modifications to the Local Plan. In accordance with the Town and County Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations, 2012 these modifications will be consulted upon for six weeks commencing on Wednesday 1 April and concluding at 5pm on Wednesday 13 May 2015.
