Whether you fancy Nordic walking, street cricket, aerobics or a family fit session, our programme of indoor and outdoor sports will leave you feeling fit and healthy this summer!

Our Active People Active Parks free activities include:

  • Athletics sessions and informal running or walking groups.  
  • Dry rowing activities and competitions.
  • Triathlon activities and duathlon tasters.
  • Table Tennis and Mini Tennis coaching.
  • Mini pop up volleyball games and the Go Spike challenge. 
  • Boxstart - footwork, skipping and body weight exercises.
  • Frisbee taster sessions
