Two supplementary planning documents (SPDs) have been prepared to provide further guidance on the implementation of policies within the Legacy Corporation Local Plan (July 2015) and particularly to help landowners develop proposals to achieve comprehensive development.
Public consultation on both the draft SPDs for both sites – Bromley-by-Bow and Pudding Mill – is now taking place and you can respond to the consultation in a variety of ways.

Two public drop-in session are also being held during the consultation period – your opportunity to find out more about the SPDs and the work taking place in both Bromley-by-Bow and Pudding Mill.
- 17 November 17.30-20.00 at the House Mill, Three Mills
- 24 November 17.30-20.00 at the Bromley-by-Bow Centre
